SHIPPING: All orders shipping via UPS within the contiguous 48 states, regardless of weight or amount, will be assessed a shipping charge of 16% of the total order. All orders shipped to points outside the 48 contiguous states will be assessed actual frieght charges. All orders under $25 will be charged an additional $7.50 service fee. We will ship UPS whenever possible.
RETURN POLICY: Merchandise is returnable within 30 days of receipt. If the return is due to an error on our part, or because of a defective product, we will replace the product free of charge or issue a full credit to your account. If the return is due to an error made by you, all freight charges, inbound and outbound, plus a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your credit. Please call us to obtain authroization to return merchandise. RETURN MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND CREDITS WILL NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. No returns or canellations will be accepted after a custom order has been placed. All shortages must be reproted within 10 days of receipt of product.
WARRANTY ITEMS: All products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. A return authorization is required for items covered under warranty. (See Return Policy, above.)
WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER: We make every effort to make sure your order arrives in good condition. Please carefully inspect each shipment that you receive for damages or shortages. The carrier relinquishes all responsibility for damaged or lost merchandise once the customers signs clear on the delivery. Should you have transit damage, overages, shortages, or incorrect, defective, or missing merchandise, please call our customer service department within 10 days of receipt for assistance in processing your claim. Please have your order number ready when you call.
LIABILITY: Bill Fritz Sports Corporation cannot be liable for injuries sustained in the use of its merchandise. This is considered a condit9ion of sale. To the best of our knowledge, our suppliers make every effort to embody the highest degree of protection in all the equipment they manufacture. Most items that we sell are used in conjunction with a form of physical activity. Items used without proper supervision could be dangerous and should not be permitted. We cannot, however, guarantee freedom from injury. The user assumes all risk of injury due to use. Please know your limitations, as well as that of others, and also of the equipment. The equipment should be periodically inspected by the user for loose fittings and tested for stability.
LIMITATIONS OF REMEDIES: Bill Fritz Sports Corporation shall not be responsible for any special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based on warranty, contact, negligence, strict tort, or any other legal theory, and arising in conjunction with the sale, use, replacement or repair of the item. Some states do not allow limits on remedies for breach on certain transactions, so the above limits may not apply to you. All items are sold subject to the above limitations."
